What was removed here compared to original?

This version is 12Gb at 8 bit, but all other quants like this one https://huggingface.co/calcuis/hidream-gguf/tree/main at Q8 are almost 20 Gb in size. I'm seeing rather poor quality for this model, so I wonder what was removed. Sadly I couldn't make a finetune work that would utilize the ggufs.
